Governance, Finance & Administration Team

We are a new church and we are building a new community here at St. Anthony's. To that end we are committed to maintaining the financing and governance of our church to a separate team from the parish council. While the governance team reports to the parish council chairperson, their mission is the focus of the finances, governing rules, and increasing the building fund to one day house our parish and our school in our own facility.

The Governance and Finance Team meets regularly on the third Wednesday of each month in the church and is open to all members. The primary objectives of this team are to:

1. Maintain the finances of the parish.
2. Provide for building facilities.
3. Manage and coordinate the ushers.
4. Maintain the parish's Constitution and By-Laws.
5. Provide for all office and administrative services.
