Teen SOYO
The children are the future of our community and of our faith. The number of children in our community has grown more than 1000% in the last four years. Our Sunday school program has exploded and the number of activities that center on our kids is increasing at a dramatic rate. From camping trips to a children's choir, we have many events and a tremendous need for adults who are looking to help us coordinate Christian activities for our kids and young adults.
"Christian" and "charity" are two words that are inseparable. A mandate from Jesus to "remember the poor" is something we are always looking to honor. We have many charitable activities each year to support those who are in need. We understand that giving makes us stronger and that God loves a cheerful giver. We are always looking for more ways to help and more people to help us give to hose who need our help.
The Youth & Charities Team meets the second Wednesday of each month in the church and is open to all members. The primary objectives of this team are to provide for and coordinate activities for the youth and college ministry programs.
